One of the simplest PDF editors I have used to fill in pre-printed forms (not to Edit the actual document - but to fill in the fields) is Okular. Exited terminal and rebooted system but cannot find any menu item or other reference to the new 7.5.2 suite. There was a reference several lines up from the bottom line of code that referred to configuring on a reboot. Next typed into terminal and once password was entered, many lines of code flashed by then stopped. Downloaded the desired L-O 7.5.2 from the L-O site, but didn’t know how to go from there. If so, not sure how to install it unless it comes with instructions. As a non-tech user, some of your terminology is a little over my head (sorry!). Download the file, make it executable, and run. Since it is not installed, removing it is a simple matter of deleting the AppImage file itself. I have never had one interfere with any of the others. From time to time I play with the development versions. I have the very stable 6.4 installed (no PPA), and I have the two most recent releases of the AppImage.

I switched to the AppImage edition when LM 19.0 was released, and I have no regrets. Can't seem to determine beforehand whether I have to remove the older version first or whether the new install will do that for me. Mon 9:51 am I'm going to see if I can update L-O, as the current versions are 7.2.5 de-bugged and 7.3 in the testing stage.
